Development Master Plan

Earthway Rail Park consists of approximately 600 industrial acres with 1.5 miles of Norfolk Southern rail line.  Currently Phase 2 is under design.  Construction to commence in the fall of 2006.

The Norfolk Southern line is approximately 100 rail miles from Chicago.  The industrial park has rail connections to the Norfolk Southern corridor between Chicago, Cleveland and the Northeast.

Norfolk Southern operates approximately 21,200 route miles in 22 eastern states, the District of Columbia and Ontario, Canada, serves all major eastern ports and connects with rail partners in the West and Canada, linking customers to markets around the world.
